Fish contained in aquariums no larger than ten (10) gallons in size, small common birds, hamsters (maximum 2) and gerbils (maximum 2) are the only type of pre-authorized pets allowed onsite. A maximum of two (2) cats are permitted with owners written approval for a monthly fee. Please note that service animals and emotional support animals are not considered “pets,” and as such, may be permitted to occupy a unit, with written approval of the landlord, as part of a reasonable accommodation, subject to applicable Federal and State Law.
Beginning June 1, 2023 all buildings and common areas are designated non-smoking. The inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, electronic smoking device or other lighted or heated product is not permitted anywhere in the apartment unit nor in the common areas. This is including, but not limited to, hallways, walkways, laundry rooms, front vestibules, entry and exit stairs. Smoking is only permitted at designated areas onsite, which are a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet away from any adjoining grounds of any building or parking lot area.
