We permit one (1) vehicle per licensed driver with a maximum of two (2) vehicles per apartment. Households consisting of one (1) person are permitted one (1) vehicle. One (1) parking space may be assigned per apartment. Parking for the second vehicle is either on a first come, first served basis OR residents are welcome to rent a second assigned space for a fee (depending on availability).
